Personal Evangelism

As a member of the International Full Gospel Evangelistic Association, are you EVANGELISTIC? Merriam-Webster.com definition:
Evangelism
1 the winning or revival of personal commitments to Christ
2 militant or crusading zeal
--- evangelistic is an adjective
Adjective
1 A modifier of a noun to denote a quality of the thing named
2 Or to specify a thing as distinct from something else
I read an article by Chris Hefner about this subject and it made me wish each of you could read it. It asks some questions that we should be asking ourselves on a regular basis. One question is; “But are you evangelistic?”
As ministers, you preach, and prayerfully it is to more than one person in each service, however do you talk to those around you that are not your fellow church members about God, Jesus or the Holy Ghost? This is what Bro. Hefner is trying to get us to think about; “Do you regularly put yourself in situations where you can share your faith personally?”
He goes further and bring to our remembrance Phillip in Acts 8, and brings out five points:
1 Be Obedient
2 Be Attentive
3 Be inquisitive
4 Be Prepared
5 Be Available

We all need to be more active in personal evangelism on a regular basis. If you are one that is unable to get out and around people, you can always pray that The Holy Ghost will show you how you can be involved in evangelism from your home.
